I will personalise a session program that will enable us to focus on your strengths and your weaknesses. My style of training will help you develop a flatter tummy over time and improve posture, flexibility and overall health and wellbeing.
All sessions have a strong emphasis on building core strength (inc pelvic floors & deeper abdominals) and aim to lengthen and strengthen our bodies. This form of light resitance training has minimal impact on our joints and is the perfect option for those of us with chronic backpain or pre-existing injuries.
